SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — There’s a way for men to just sit around and watch the March Madness tournament.

The Oregon Urology Institute is once again holding its Snip City campaign.

Men can schedule a vasectomy the day before the tournament and get a doctor’s note to watch college hoops with a bag of frozen peas in their lap.

The campaign has gotten worldwide attention and every year they have a steady turnout.

“In years past I would do everything I possibly can to maybe take a couple days off or get or get off early so I could take in a couple more of the games, and this year I had talked to my wife and I said it’s going to happen,” said patient and sports fan David Ruark.
