HUNTINGTON, Ore. – Oregon State Police responded to a minor injury crash on I-84 Monday morning.
Troopers say Hector Torres, 25, of Baker City was travelling westbound on I-84 when he reportedly fell asleep and drove off the highway. His vehicle rolled before coming to rest against a metal highway sign.
Torres was extricated by Huntington Firefighters and transported by ambulance to the St. Alphonsus Medical Center with minor injuries.
OSP says Torres was using safety restraints. He was cited for failing to drive within lane.
