OSP Searches for Poaching Suspects

EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon State Police Fish & Wildlife is looking for the suspects who recently shot and killed a large black-tailed buck deer and left it to waste.

Police say residents in south Eugene awoke on Nov. 15 to shots fired and saw the suspects spotlighting a deer.

The buck was found dead in a field along Hawkins Lane.

If you have any information on the suspects, call the Turn-In-Poacher TIP Line at 800-452-7888 or OSP Trooper Ed Imholt at (541) 868-5056.
