OSU Selling Student-Made Cheese

CORVALLIS, Ore. — Oregon State University is now selling artisan-style cheese produced by the university’s own students.

Beaver Classic Cheese is made in the style of cheeses produced in Switzerland, Italy and France. It’s made on campus with milk from the school’s own dairy herd.

The cheese is sold online as well as at all OSU home games.
