CORVALLIS, Ore.– From Oregon State men’s basketball head coach Craig Robinson:
“Senior forward Devon Collier and junior forward Eric Moreland are suspended indefinitely from competition for violation of team rules. They will be allowed to participate with the team in summer workouts and strength/conditioning activities while attending summer school classes.”
Oregon State officials will have no further comment at this time.
In 2012-2013, Collier averaged 12.6 points and six rebounds per game. Moreland averaged 10.6 rebounds per contest, while scoring more than nine points per game.
This is Moreland’s second suspension in seven months. He passed on entering the NBA Draft after his sophomore season to return to Corvallis.
