A weak Pacific front currently coming onshore is ushering in a westerly flow that will clear the air, cool the heat and dampen the mountain thunderstorms. This front will create drizzly, cloudy conditions along the coast Wednesday morning. Morning clouds are expected in the inland valleys and basins too but clearing off by afternoon. High temperatures inland will be the coolest of the week, barely reaching in to the 80’s. The coast will see high temperatures in the mid 60’s.
Thursday and Friday will be seasonal and sunny. Saturday another front moves through and that will bring thunderstorm activity back to the mountains. Beginning Sunday we will start heating up again.
