The famous Celtic show, Lord of the Dance is coming to the Hult Center this Sunday. Broadway in Eugene presents this tale of good versus evil, based on Irish folklore. Tickets start at $32.50. The show is Sunday night at 7 p.m.
Local dancers are coming together to raise money for the Eugene Mission. Down 4 It brings together groups like Dance Northwest, ZAPP and Urban Pulse for a night of fun. Admission is $12. The concert is Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Lane Community College.
Get in touch with your creative side with Food for Lane County. At the Fuse-a-Thon, learn how to make a glass bowl that they’ll sell at their annual Empty Bowls Sale. It happens Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. at the Eugene Glass School on Bertelsen Road.
Fans of the Oscar-winning film “Lincoln” may want to attend An Afternoon with Abraham Lincoln. Historical actor Steve Holgate will portray the former president at the University of Oregon’s Ford Alumni Center. It happens Sunday from 4-6 p.m. Admission is $12. Pull out your running shoes for Kids Running for Kids. This 5K course takes you along the Ruth Bascom Trail and Pre’s Trail. Meet at Alton Baker Park Sunday at 10 a.m. Admission is $20. Proceeds benefit Children’s Miracle Network.
