Wake up early to claim your spot to watch the Eugene Celebration Parade. The pet parade starts at 10:30 a.m. and the main parade begins at 11 a.m. this Saturday up and down Pearl Street and High Street in Eugene. Admission is free.

Balloons take flight and bands rock the stage at the Northwest Art and Air Festival. Musical acts include Blue Oyster Cult, Bachman & Turner, and Neal McCoy. It happens Friday through Sunday at Timber Linn Park in Albany. Admission is free. Parking is $5.

See art from more than 60 artists. The McKenzie Art Festival features everything from wood carvings to watercolors. That happens Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Leaburg Fire Hall on McKenzie Highway. Admission is free.

Lace up your shoes for a good cause. Eugene Hearing and Speech Center is putting on the From Here to Here 5k Run and Walk. Meet at the RiverBend Annex in Springfield. The event starts at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Admission is $30.

Get ready to dance at the Cuthbert! Saturday night you can see Hell’s Belles, Zepparella and Foreverland–a Michael Jackson tribute band. The Eugene Celebration presents this all-ages show. It starts at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are only $5!
