It’s time to get your fix of Ableskeevers. That’s right, the annual Scandinavian Festival is this weekend. Celebrate the cultures of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland in downtown Junction City. There will be food, dancing, crafts and more. Admission is free. It happens Thursday through Sunday.
The Oregon Festival of American Music wraps up this weekend with performances of “le hot jazz” and other concerts, movies and lectures. Events happen at the Shedd and the Hult Center. Some require tickets while others are free.
Tee off for a good cause at River Ridge golf complex. The dance group Ballet Fantastique is hosting its annual golf tournamet fundraiser is this saturday. They’re raising money for their first international dance tour. Registration is $85 each or $300 for a team of four. Registration and check-in is at 9:15 on Saturday, and tee time is at 10:00 AM.
