Memorial Day Weekend is a great time to get out to your local wineries; and, the Willamette Valley has plenty of them. Wineries will be hosting open houses all weekend for tastings, music and more. Click here for a full list of times and locations.
The Cuthbert Amphitheater kicks off its concert series with Primus 3D. The band plays alternative rock, funk and more. And you get special 3D glasses so you can see the images on the screen behind them in 3D. The show is Friday at 8 p.m. Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 the day of.
The music continues with Saturday in the Park. Three local bands will pay tribute to bands like Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, The Beatles and more. The concert happens from 1-10 p.m. at Maurie Jacobs Park in Eugene. Suggested donation is $5.
You can take your kids to experience the works of author Dr. Seuss. Actors Cabaret of Eugene is performing Seussical the Musical. Shows are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $16.
Dog lovers can watch some of the most agile dogs in town. The Eugene Kennel Club is hosting the Agility Trials all weekend long. It happens all day Friday through Monday at the Lane Events Center. Admission is free.
