If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, here are a few ideas.

See all your favorite animals and some great art too at Wildlife Safari. The park in Winston is hosting its Twilight with Taini fundraiser, named after one of the park’s cheetahs. While hanging out in the Safari Village, you can listen to music, sip on beer and wine, and there will be plenty of appetizers, too. Admission is $5 at the door, or it’s free if you have a paid admission to the park from that day. It happens Saturday night at 5:30.

Get ready to learn some Latin dance moves. Local dancers will be teaching the cha cha and salsa Friday night at the Vets Club on Willamette Street. Lessons start at 8:30 p.m. Admission is $8, which covers lessons and the dance afterwards. There will also be performances by local Latin dance groups.

Test your climbing skills at Sladden Park Friday night at the Sunset Tree Climb. The City of Eugene’s Outdoor Program will teach people ages 10 and up how to climb into the canopy of Douglas Fir trees at the park. It happens Friday night from 5-8 p.m. at Cheshire and North Adams Street. Admission is $30. Register online.

The U of O women’s soccer team takes the field this weekend. Friday night they’ll play seattle at 6 p.m., and on Sunday they’ll play Gonzaga at 1 p.m. Both games are at Pape’ Field in Eugene. Admission is $2-$5. On Sunday, kids 12 and under can get in for just $,1 and they can take part in a free youth clinic after the game. Register for that online. Other admission discounts are also available.
