ROSEBURG, Ore. — A pedestrian died in a crash in Roseburg Sunday night.
Police say the 59-year-old victim tried to cross Garden Valley Boulevard near the I-5 interchange. A pickup driver hit him.
Officers are still investigating, but they doubt criminal charges will be filed.
