Police Investigate Rape, Abduction

EUGENE, Ore. — Police are looking for a man who allegedly raped a 29-year-old woman in Eugene.

Police received a report Thursday evening about the abduction and rape that happened on Tuesday, March 11.

According to the report, the suspect forced the woman into his vehicle at South Garden Way and took her to an unknown location in Springfield where he raped her.

Police describe the suspect as a male, possibly Middle Eastern, in his mid-20s, with black hair that is two to three inches long. They report he was driving a mid-1990s compact sedan, possibly a Honda, Nissan, or Acura, of an unknown color.
