Police Release Name of Crash Victim

ROSEBURG, Ore. — Police have released the name of a woman killed in a suspected drugged-driving crash in Roseburg.

Police there say Nathan Stuart, 22, was high on drugs when he crashed his jeep into a car driven by Charlotte Fields Saturday morning on Diamond Lake Boulevard.

Officers say paramedics pronounced Fields dead at the scene.

Stuart was taken to the hospital and then to the Douglas County Jail.
