EUGENE, Ore. — Officers are looking for a inmate that escaped from the Jackson County Jail.
Bradley Monical climbed out of the jail’s recreational area by cutting a hole in the chain-link mesh covering. Once on the roof of the jail, he jumped onto a tree. The tree and others have since been removed.
Monical is accused of robbing a bank; deputies consider him armed and dangerous.
“Its safe to say Mr. Monical is supposed to be in the jail and he’s not. Mistakes were made. We’re going to locate those mistakes,” said Sheriff Mike Winters, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Monical is a white male, 5’7″ tall and 170 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. If you see him call 911.
