Property Tax Payments Due

EUGENE, Ore. — Homeowners have until midnight Friday to turn in this year’s property tax payment.

There are several ways to make a payment. If you want to mail it in, it has to be postmarked before midnight Friday, Nov. 15. So drop it off at the post office to make sure it’s not late.

You can also pay online, or in person at the public service building before 4 p.m. Friday, or drop it in one of the drive-up boxes before midnight.

Here are those locations:
7th Avenue and Pearl Street, Eugene
Sheldon Library, Eugene
5th and A Street, Springfield
Cottage Grove Community Center
Junction City Public Library

Taxes are payable in three installments, but if you get the full payment in on Nov. 15, you’ll get a 3-percent discount.
