METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
After a dry and pleasant Sunday, the next storm system quickly moves in overnight. Rain will be widespread Sunday night into Monday, before becoming more scattered Monday night and Tuesday.
Tuesday will be the warmest day of the week as the jet stream moves north, high temperatures will be into 50s. The warm air won’t last for long as another front swings through Tuesday night into Wednesday bringing cold arctic air with it.
Freezing levels will be around 1,000 feet by Wednesday night and remain low through Friday. We’ll likely see a few inches of snow on the hills and a snow/rain mix to the valley floor Wednesday through Friday as the forecast remains wet.
Have a Wonderful Week!
Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn
