CORVALLIS, Ore. – To celebrate Independence Day, the city of Corvallis is putting on a spectacular fireworks show with some old fashion fun. The city’s annual two-day Fourth of July festival kicks off Wednesday, July 3.
The Red, White and Blue Riverfront Festival will be held downtown on the banks of the Willamette River. There will be an array of food vendors, music and activities.
“Festival starts at 5 o’clock and goes until 10:30 with live music, food, crafts and children’s activities and just lots and lots of fun down there, and lots of dancing,” said Joan Wessell, Downtown Corvallis Association.
On the Fourth of July, there will a Corvallis Jaycees fireworks display at dusk.
