Rollover Crash on Highway 126

EUGENE, Ore. — Police cited a Eugene driver Tuesday, claiming he ran a red light and crashed into another car.

It happened on the on-ramp of Highway 126.

A car ran a red light, hit a Kia, causing it to flip.

There were only minor injuries.
