ROSEBURG, Ore. — After investigating for nearly a year, detectives arrested a Roseburg man on more than 20 counts of encouraging child sex abuse.
Kenneth Lee Shepherd, 43, is allegedly involved in sending pictures of children involved in sexual acts. Roseburg police have been investigating the case since December 2011.
Detectives seized several computers and other evidence from Shepherd’s residence on August 10.
Shepherd is being held at the Douglas County Jail on more than $2 million bail forĀ 26 counts of encouraging child sex abuse.
