Eugene, Ore.– The Ducks will be playing against Washington State on Saturday. No game is complete without tailgating! Diehard duck fan and The Duck Store marketing director Katie Conway has been tailgating for the past 15 years. She shares her gameday recipes!

Molly’s Famous Mac Salad

Big Bag of Macaroni Pasta
1 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Can Sliced Black Olives
1 Jar Sliced Green Olives with pimentos
5 Stalks of Sliced Celery
Small Red Onion chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
2 Big Scoops of Good Sweet Pickle Relish
Mix 2/3 Mayo + 1/3 Sour Cream, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste

Best if refrigerated overnight and mixed with a bit more mayo/sour cream mixture before serving.

Kelly’s Cowboy Caviar

1 Lime
1/4 Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbs Hot Sauce
2 Tbs Oil
3 Cloves Garlic mince
Salt And Pepper

Mix all together and then add:
3 Diced Avocados
1 Can each White, Black, and Pinto Beans all drained and rinsed
3 Cups Thawed Corn
1 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1 lb. Halved or Quartered Cherry Tomatoes

Place 1 package of cream cheese on plate or bowl and pour dip on top.
