DEXTER, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Public Health says there are dangers lurking in the Dexter Reservoir.
Health workers were already concerned, after finding blue green algae a few weeks ago. Now a visible scum showed up on the surface.
The health department is urging people to stay out of the reservoir and not to drink the water.
If you draw in-home water directly from it, use an alternative source.
