Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
A storm continues to spin of the coast, pushing showers across the Pacific Northwest. The heavies rain will be Saturday night, with rain fall totals 0.25-0.5 inches. Showers will continue on and off Sunday and Monday. We’ll have a slight chance for thunderstorms Monday, as the center of the low moves inland. Temperatures will be back near average in the upper 50s and low 60s.
We’ll see a break from the showers Tuesday through Thursday, with mostly cloudy to partly cloudy skies expected. Temperatures will be climb slightly into the low to mid 60s.
Showers may return Friday; it all depends on if the low pressures system in the Gulf of Alaska beats the high pressure system in the central Pacific Ocean. We’ll have to wait and see which one wins.
Have a super Sunday!
