METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
A weak storm will impact our area Saturday. Isolated showers will be on and off Saturday, but pick up around dinner time as the cold front moves through. Showers will continue behind the front, but will wrap up by late Sunday morning. The snowline will be around 4,000 feet Saturday and rise to 5,500 feet Saturday night. 1-2 inches of new snow is expected.
Clouds will transition to mostly sunny by late Sunday. High temperatures will be in the upper 50s and low 60s. After a foggy start Monday, skies will quickly return to mostly sunny. High temperatures will be in the low 60s along the coast and low to mid 70s inland. Warm and sunny weather continues Tuesday with temperatures back into the low 60s along the coast and low to mid 70s inland.
A decaying front will move through Tuesday night; the front will increase clouds across the area and bring a few showers along the coast Wednesday morning. Sunshine will return by the afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 50s along the coast and mid to upper 60s inland.
Mostly sunny skies continue Thursday and Friday with high temps in the mid 50s along the coast and low to mid 60s inland.
