soldier signBENTON COUNTY, Ore. — A highway sign honoring a fallen soldier has finally been put up.

ODOT put up the sign in honor of Tyler Troyer on Highway 34. The Tangent man was killed while serving in Iraq.

Troyer’s family says the sign will help educate the public about our heroes and keep their memory alive, along with helping to bring some healing to those closest to him.
