COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. — The Cottage Grove Speedway got a green flag to start racing Saturday.
The city gave the race track’s new owners tentative approval to re-open if they cleaned up the health and safety code violations.
The city manager said Thursday that’s exactly what happened over the past week, so races will start running Saturday.
