SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Three Springfield residents had to jump out of the windows of their mobile home when it caught fire Friday morning.
They saw the flames just before 9 a.m. Fire crews got there as fast as they could, but the home is a complete loss.
“The crews said there was significant fire and smoke on their arrival and we had a fairly significant life safety issue with people exiting through the windows,” said Batt. Chief Leldon Little, Springfield Fire Department.
No one was hurt in the fire. Investigators are trying to figure out what caused it.
