Springfield Trespassers Arrested

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Springfield Police arrested five homeless people this morning for trespassing and making a mess on private property.

Officers say the five people were living in illegal homeless camps along the river.

They were reportedly leaving behind large amounts of trash and human waste, creating unsanitary conditions.

Property owners say at times they’ve spent more than $10,000 per camp site cleaning up.

All five people were taken to jail.

They should do the same in Eugene. These people don’t care about anything or anyone.
