EUGENE, Ore. — The person accused of stabbing another man Friday night was arrested over the weekend, but released Monday night.
Dustin Renfroe is charged with assault, but because there’s no room at the Lane County Jail, he was let out.
Renfroe is suspected of the stabbing, after he and another person got into a fight downtown.
