After a cloudy and showery start to April, high pressure is moving in and we’re going to get a break from the rain for a couple of days. Wednesday started out with some low clouds and patchy fog, but with pressure rising, the clouds will clear and we’re headed toward a mostly sunny afternoon. Highs will return to the upper 50s and low 60s across western Oregon.
Thursday will start out similar, but by the late afternoon the clouds will roll in and we’ll see showers by the end of the day. The next storm arrives less than 24-hours later, bringing in another round of showers Friday night and Saturday morning. Rain showers will continue Saturday into Sunday morning, but by Sunday afternoon we should be in the clear. Highs will drop to the mid to upper 50s Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Another area of high pressure will move in for early next week, this means it’s back to dry weather for at least Monday and Tuesday and highs will be much warmer in the upper 60s and low 70s.
Have a great Wednesday!
