Street Closures for Eugene Celebration

EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Celebration starts Friday and crews spent Thursday night preparing downtown for the celebration.

Thursday night crews shut down Willamette Street from Tenth to Eighth, Broadway from Oak to Charnelton, and Olive from Tenth to Eighth.

Crews will spend Thursday night building stages and setting up for Friday’s 5:00 p.m. start.

“We have our three main stages with great headliners, we’re looking at a really great weekend of music, and then we have ancillary events. We have our Eugene film zone which is going to be held at the Bijou Metro this year,” said Cami White, Eugene Celebration admissions coordinator.

A 3-day pass is $15 if bought in advance and $18 at the door.  On Sunday passes will cost $8.

Kids twelve and under are free.
