EUGENE, Ore. — University of Oregon students will start moving into the new capstone project downtown Wednesday.
Workers just completed phase one of the massive student housing complex called 13th and Olive. The first 114 apartments have been leased since March.
Nearly 400 students will start moving in at 8 a.m., beginning with tenants on the fifth floor.
The housing complex is a two-phase development and the largest construction project in downtown Eugene’s history.
