METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Clear skies overnight allowed temperatures to dip into the upper 40s Tuesday morning. The clear skies will stick around through the day, getting our temperatures into the mid 60s along the coast, low 80s for the valley and upper 80s for the Umpqua Basin.
A few clouds will filter in Wednesday but high temps will remain in the 60s along the coast and 80s inland.
Clouds will push in Wednesday night and stick around for Thursday morning; this will keep high temps a few degrees cooler in the low 60s along the coast and upper 70s inland.
Sunshine and warm weather sticks around for the weekend as high pressure remains in control. High temps will remain in the 60s along the coast, low 80s for the valley and mid 80s for the Umpqua Basin.
