METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
The upper level low has finally moved off to our northwest, taking the cooler temperatures, clouds and showers within it.
High pressure takes control today, bringing the return of summer weather. We’ll see some fog and clouds each morning as the marine layer moves in each night. The skies will quickly clear by mid morning, leading to sunny skies. High temperatures will be back into the mid to upper 80s inland and mid 60s along the coast.
We’ll still have a slight chance for stray shower and storm Monday afternoon in the Cascades.
A weak disturbance will move across the area Friday and Saturday, bringing more clouds and a slight chance for showers in the mountains.
Have a magnificent Monday!
