Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
Mostly sunny skies continue Monday as high pressure remains in control. High temps will be slightly cooler and in the low 60s along the coast, near 70 in the Willamette Valley, and low 70s in the Umpqua Basin. Don’t forget about the lunar eclipse Monday night. The full eclipse will happen at 12:42 a.m. Skies will be partly cloudy.
A storm swings into Washington Tuesday. A few showers will move down into our area, but shouldn’t be too impressive. High temperatures continue to fall Tuesday, they’ll be in mid 50s along the coast and low 60s.
Skies will remain cloudy Wednesday through the weekend. We’ll have another chance for showers Thursday night and again Sunday morning. Highs fall back near average in the mid 50s along the coast and upper 50 and low 60s inland.
Have a wonderful week!
