Chief Meteorologist Justin Stapleton‘s Evening Forecast Discussion:
We’ve finally made it to a couple of nice, and yes, warmer days rounding out the work week and into the weekend. We’ll drop down well into the 30s tonight for another chilly, and likely foggy start in the morning. Friday’s morning fog should break up and lift fairly quickly and we’ll be off and running into a nice sunny weekend overall.
Highs tomorrow will still be cool because we’ll start off so chilly in the 30s, but still, mostly sunny and low 60s isn’t bad. Saturday and Sunday, highs will climb back into the upper 60s and possibly near 70 with mostly sunny skies. The next storm has been slowing in the latest computer model runs as the ridge of high pressure on top of the Northwest for the weekend will strengthen.
Right now, showers will slide back down into the Northwest on Monday and Tuesday as a trough forms and slowly shifts east. Throughout the rest of the week, the pattern stays fairly quiet with a mix of morning clouds and afternoon sun and highs in the mid 60s.
Have a great Friday!
