METEOROLOGIST MARISA WOLOSZYN’S FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Clouds quickly moved out behind the cold front Saturday night keeping things mostly sunny throughout Sunday. Even though it was sunny, the cooler air on the backside of the front kept highs near 50 degrees.
The sunshine will continue Monday as a shortwave ridge will be in place. Highs will be in the mid 50s.
Clouds will move in during the evening ahead of the next system Monday night. Showers will start just after midnight as a cold front moves ashore. Showers will continue Tuesday through early Thursday as the system continues spin across the area. High temps will be just below average in the low 50s.
Another ridge is set to build in next weekend, which should keep us dry with highs in the low to mid 50s.
Have a wonderful week!
