Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
Skies will remain sunny Sunday. Temperatures will be the warmest we’ll see over the next week. Expect highs in the upper 60s along the coast, mid 70s in the Willamette Valley and foothills, and near 80 degrees in the Umpqua Basin.
Mostly sunny skies continue Monday as high pressure remains in control. High temps will be slightly cooler and in the low 60s along the coast, near 70 in the Willamette Valley, and low 70s in the Umpqua Basin.
Clouds will increase Tuesday as a storm swings into Washington. A few showers will move down into our area Tuesday, but shouldn’t be too impressive. High temperatures continue to fall Tuesday, they’ll be in mid 50s along the coast and low 60s.
Skies will remain cloudy Wednesday through Friday. We’ll have another chance for shower Thursday night, but most of the rain stays to our north. Highs fall back near average in the mid 50s along the coast and upper 50 and low 60s inland.
Have a wonderful weekend!
