Suspected Overdose Death near OCF

3-3 sheriff's office scamELMIRA, Ore. — A female died of a suspected overdose at a campground near the Oregon Country Fair Sunday night.

Lane County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of an unconscious and unresponsive woman at the campground known at “Jason’s Camp” on Suttle Road in Elmira.

Repeated attempts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

She has been identified as 54-year-old Alix Larsen of Eugene.

    This happened on Saturday night, not Sunday. Just saying.
