DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. — A Douglas County man has been charged with felony child sexual abuse. The sheriff’s office says Clifford Miller, 56, abused a 17-year-old girl several years ago and it was just recently disclosed. Deputies say there are no other known victims.
