Rescued Chihuahuas to Arrive in Eugene

EUGENE, Ore. — Rescued Chihuahuas will arrive in Eugene Friday. The Greenhill Humane Society partnered with Save The Chi to transfer 20 Chihuahuas from overcrowded shelters in the Los Angeles area.
