Fire Destroys Eugene Home

EUGENE, Ore. — A fire destroyed a Eugene home Thursday afternoon, leaving four people without a place to live. Just before 3 p.m., a house on Wilkie Street went up in flames. Firefighters got to the scene pretty quickly because they were in the middle of training nearby. No one was hurt in the fire.
