House Fire Now Criminal Investigation

EUGENE, Ore. — An house fire on Elk Ave. in Eugene turned into a criminal investigation. The first calls came in just after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday and detectives remained on the scene overnight. Police put up the crime tape about an hour after crews arrived. Police say they will release more information later Wednesday morning.
