EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department says a postal employee was cited in lieu of custody for mail theft. EPD says that man is Alex Douma. Woman Arrested for Mail Thefts

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Police are investigating a pattern of mail theft on several streets, including Cloverfield Loop, West J Street, Rambling Drive and Lomond Avenue.
