No Change of Plea for James McKee

EUGENE, Ore. — A Eugene businessman, scheduled to change his plea Tuesday morning, surprised attorneys at the last minute. James Scott McKee is charged with four counts of theft. He’s accused of defrauding investors out of more than a half a million dollars. Attorneys are now working to schedule a trial.
