Ninkasi Fermentation Tanks Installed

EUGENE, Ore. — Ninkasi Brewery installed three new fermentation tanks Friday morning. The installation took about four hours. Each barrel is more than 17,000 gallons. The installation is part of an ongoing expansion at the brewery.
