Winston Man Accused of Abusing Teen

WINSTON, Ore. — A Winston man is in the Douglas County Jail, accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. The girl’s mom reported the crime to Douglas County sheriff’s deputies. An investigation led to the arrest of Daniel Magness.
