Lebanon Man Arrested for Theft

LEBANON, Ore. — Linn County sheriff’s deputies say they solved several burglaries by searching one Lebanon home. Deputies got a tip that they’d find stolen property at that house. When they got there, they talked to Richard Ramsey who allegedly claimed the items were his. A search warrant and further investigation led to Ramsey’s arrest.
