EUGENE, Ore. — A water main broke at the intersection of 18th Ave. and Pearl St. It happened early Thursday morning, leaving 34 E-WEB customers without water. Crews will be working to fix the pipe all morning and possibly into the afternoon, so drivers are encouraged to avoid that area if possible.
