While the valley saw clearing skies and temperatures falling to the mid 30s overnight, the Cascade passes were seeing fresh snow. The area of low pressure that has kept us cool and soggy for the past three days is now moving east. The clouds will continue to clear Tuesday and highs will begin to climb back to the mid to upper 50s. We can’t rule out a possible shower popping up this afternoon, but for the most part we’ll stay dry.
A ridge of high pressure will block any other storms from moving into our area Wednesday and Thursday, although we’ll see storms moving in just to the north of us. High temperatures will be back to the low to mid 60s.
We’ll likely see a few showers Friday as a small storm moves through, but it’s back to dry weather just in time for the weekend!
Have a great Tuesday!
